By placing an order on keviq.uk, you confirm that:

• You are ordering for delivery to a valid address worldwide
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of an order.

All prices displayed on keviq.uk are in British Pounds Sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, however the price at the time of your order will be honoured.

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe: Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched to any valid international address. Estimated delivery times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Keviq is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Our full returns and refunds process is outlined on our Returns & Refunds page. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations may occur.

We do not sell counterfeit products. All products are legally sourced and comply with UK safety standards where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Keviq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
