Payment & Billing Policy

Eligible product sales require 100% payment of the agreed price at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment provider selected at checkout. The checkout accepts credit and debit cards. Depending on device, browser and account eligibility, it may also display Apple Pay on compatible Apple devices, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Link by Stripe. Only payment methods actually displayed during checkout are available for that transaction.

Keviq does not offer cash on delivery or interest-bearing buy-now-pay-later finance. Prices are charged in GBP (£).

Keviq’s checkout uses HTTPS encryption. Payment information is handled securely by the payment provider selected during checkout. Keviq does not directly store complete payment-card details on its own servers.

The payment method selected at checkout is charged when the order is placed. WooCommerce provides an order confirmation after a successful order. If payment is unsuccessful, the order is not accepted.

Prices on keviq.uk are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Any shipping charge and any tax, duty or other unavoidable charge that Keviq is required to collect from the customer will be disclosed before payment where applicable.

Clickz Ltd is not currently VAT registered and does not display a VAT number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact Keviq as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel it.

If it has already been dispatched, the applicable 14-day cancellation and return process may be used after delivery.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our  Returns & Refunds Policy.
