Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay — available on eligible Apple devices via Stripe
  • Google Pay — available on eligible Android devices and Chrome via Stripe
  • Amazon Pay — pay using your Amazon account credentials

All payments are processed in GBP (£). If your card is in another currency, your bank or card provider will apply their standard exchange rate.

Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and Amazon Pay — we never store your card information on our servers. Both Stripe and Amazon Pay are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Billing

Your card is charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment. If payment fails, your order will not be processed — please check your card details or contact your bank.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on keviq.uk are inclusive of VAT where applicable. There are no hidden fees at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on their country — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by Keviq.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. For refund information, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
