By placing an order on keviq.uk, you confirm that:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of an order.

All prices displayed on keviq.uk are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, however the price at the time of your order will be honoured.

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

Orders are dispatched to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Keviq is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Our full returns and refunds process is outlined on our Returns & Refunds page. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations may occur.

We do not sell counterfeit products. All products are legally sourced and comply with UK safety standards where applicable.
